The Great Little Train Robbery

Half author royalties to NCH, National Children's Home "Revd Thomas Bowman Stephenson, a Methodist minister, founded NCH in 1869 in response to the plight of children on the streets on London, England. Stephenson was a pioneer and set up the fist small group homes in Britain at a time when most children who could not stay with their families lived in big institutions. NCH have maintained their close link with the Methodist Church and are the children's charity of the Methodist Church. As such we share its vision for social justice.

NCH helps the children who need it the most and is one of the UK's leading children's charities. They work with some of the most vulnerable and excluded children and young people in the UK. Through more than 500 projects they work with over 100,000 vulnerable children, young people and their families to ensure they reach their full potential.

The Lost Kittens

Save the Families Save the Family is the largest homeless families charity in North West England and Wales. They keep local homeless families together and work to address each individual, compounded problem in a practical, needs led, holistic way.

Their innovative approach means social problems are effectively addressed through education and life skills training and families are resettled able to cope independently and not become homeless again.

Without Save the Family, families are smashed apart and the innocent children start life as many of their parents did, rejected, and facing a life of social exclusion with no example of normal family life that can follow and the cycle of no job / no home / no hope is perpetuated.

Every day Save the Family is directly supporting over 120 local homeless individuals of which more than half are local children. They must raise $1000 a day to continue their vital work and rely on the support of businesses, churches, individuals, schools and charitable trusts.

Every donation goes directly to making a difference to a local family, enabling them to rebuild their shattered lives.
